Have you ever found yourself struggling to make sense of life?  Has it become  so normal that you’ve given into unhealthy food choices and lack of self-care? If you answered yes, then this mid-week retreat is for you!

Loss, grief and feelings of  being under appreciated, overwhelmed and living in organized chaos leave us searching for ways to numb our pain and disconnect from our uncomfortable comfortable.

 

Our food choices play a huge role in not only how we feel but also in our  ability to sustain clarity and  balance in an often times overwhelming world.

 

This 4 day and 3 night All-Inclusive Wellness Retreat includes: Delicious meals, Interactive Healthy Food Preparation, Reflection, Rejuvenation, Exercise Class with a CPT (optional),  group sharing and mindfulness. This intimate retreat will be held in a spacious lake front home just a short  1 hour  drive from Nashville.

We’ll be talking about food choices that  fuel your mind AND body while creating   our personal blueprint for a rich, full life! We’ll also be connecting those dots to how our food choices can be used in an attempt to fill a void or numb pain.

Discover what Nutrition, Self-Care and Balance can look and feel like! 

Design to assist folks recognize “triggers” and how our choice of food tells more about us that what we think.  Uncover the connection  around  food, loss,  self-sabotaging cycles . 

Re-frame Loss thereby shifting the control it has in our choices.
